HELI SOUTHWEST LIMITED
A combination of passion, business acumen and a desire to offer unmatched customer service, allowed founder Andy to grow this aviation company at an explosive rate.
As in any situation where people are following their hearts and are passionate about what they are doing, the addition of focus, determination and hard work ensures that the right things happen at exactly the right time.
This continues to be the case today, and is the ethos with which Heli Southwest forges forward.
Totally unmatched in the aviation space, we hold the largest stock in Europe with over 40 aircraft for sale, both on and off-market, all on display in our showroom hangars at our Dunkeswell Aerodrome facility in Devon.
We have a constant stream of clients from the UK, Europe and beyond, many of whom enjoy spending a few days with us, our airport pick up services, and the various accommodation options we have available.
Now with a fully licensed maintenance facility and a fixed wind sales centre, 2019 is proving to be the start of a new phase of expansion.
Anything is possible with the right attitude and the right team.
Introducing Heli Southwest
MD / Founder
Andy Twemlow our Founder (Mr T) enjoyed over 25 years in lead roles within the office automation sector. Following two sales director roles, Andy founded Peninsula business systems which developed into a highly successful multi million-pound turn over operation with over 50 staff.
Andy is married to Debs who supports his high-speed activities that have previously included 2 UK championship wins in Offshore Powerboat racing. In 2010 Andy sold his controlling share in Peninsula to then find time to develop his love of aviation. Andy has clocked up several hundred types, flown in nearly 1300 hours of fixed wing flying in the last 5 years and has more recently moved to the dark side of rotary with over 300 hours flown in under 1 year.
